From reverse engineering parts for CAD/CAM to detailed quality inspection reports to cosmetic surgery planning, RapidForm is the world’s number one software for 3D scanning.

Accuracy: Rapidform has been tested and certified by the German PTB metrology and certified that RapidForm would not introduce inaccuracies in a model greater than 0.1 um in length feature and 0.1” in angular features. The US equivalent of PTB, NIST has also verified the accuracy of Rapidform. NIST has verified that RapidForm will not introduce inaccuracies into a model greater than 3.2 x 10-8 microns and 1.1 x 10-7 arc seconds.
