High resolution analysis of the surface structures of objects, parts, models, and tools

The µikroTOP-zoom has been specially developed for precise and high resolution digitising, measurement and analysis of micro structures.

The most important characteristics of µikroTOP-zoom:

• The system is based on the well-established optoTOP-HE technology.
• The sensor is equipped with a high resolution digital camera (1384 x 1036 pixels).
• A 3x zoom permits smooth adjustment of the measurement area from 11 x 8 mm to 33 x 24 mm.
• Data capturing is contact-less and non-destructive and takes not more than 1 second.
• The complete system can be controlled from a laptop, providing flexibility and ensuring high portability.
• Roughness parameters are available.
