3d scanner bodySCAN is the result increasing our series uniformly in vivo metrology. Based on our long-term experiment with measurements of skin and face, this system was developed for the numerotisation of full human bodies. The standard method is able to capture an image 3d of exactitude and quality raised in only 4.5 seconds. An additional modus comprising a reduced time of acquisition of less than 2.5 seconds per projectile is available for analytical studies of all the maintenances of body. The system of bodySCAN is composed of four columns of measurement, each one equipped with a projector and two numerical cameras. The cameras have a resolution of 656 X 490 Pixel. On option, cameras of high resolution with a resolution of 1384 X 1036 Pixel can be applied. The eight sets of data captured in each sweeping, are treated and amalgamated by the powerful software of OPTOCAT.
